Sunny Days Shape Album Featuring the Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge

After doing the volcano album I was itching to get back to my style of an album. I just love the story type albums. Create a Critter is the perfect cartridge for such an album...I love it! I seemed to have the perfect paper for this album, too. The clouds are from K&Company and most of the glittered cardstock is from DCWV. Face on sun is a stamp from Peachy Keen. Tree is embossed with the Victoria Cuttlebug folder. Extra's include Glossy Accents, Stickles, Liquid Applique and ink. Bound album with the BIA and covered the wires with ribbon. Cut file now posted on the left side of my blog under free cut files, Enjoy

Cut file links now working. :) Still a problem with Windows7 as I was able to post working links from my old laptop. Anyone else having issues with Windows7?

  5. I cannot seem to download your newest cut files. They don't even let me click on them to open. (the ones I can open show up black on my screen and the lastest 3 are a blue color) Any idea on what to do?

  31. Very cute book! Love all of your work. Do you ever have problems cutting the DCWV glitter paper. Just did a card for my daughter with the glitter paper. Used my deep cut blade on full depth, max pressure, slow speed. Multicut 2. It still did not cut all the way through at the end of the cut. Any suggestions? Thanks.

  32. It worked..not sure if you did it or (and others may have this problem too) I had to click to allow some blocked items since for whatever reason our blocker was blocking them?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Too cute! What do you do with all of these books you create?

    ReplyDelete
  34. OH wow, too cute....love all the critters. I was having trouble with windows 7 when I first got it..found out it was my own security system blocking me out of almost everything...now I have a new security system that works alot better. TFS

  35. Ann Hunting - whenever I cut with Glitter papers I actually cut with my paper facedown on the mat - this enables the blade to cut all the way through the paper/glitter. If you are doing lettering, dont forget to flip the letters first so that they will read the correct way...Hope that this helps...

  49. So gorgeous!!! I totally love this!

  50. Thank You All!

vbeck...they are DS files. You are supposed to be able to convert them, but I've not had any luck. If you know someone that can, they might work. I think some of the updates they have or are working on are supposed to help with this. I have the Gypsy, but must admit I like using DS for my shape albums. :)
