Let's Make A Shape Album - Video 5 Part 1

Let's layer our albums.A FYI, for future reference.....it has been brought to my attention you can use the hide contour feature to hide the cuts and tick marks on the castle and the jack-o-lantern since we could not use the blackout feature (watch the video and you will understand). I thought hide contour was for a cut with multiple images and did not realize it could be used to hide things on the primary image. Sorry for the confusion and hope this information helps you on your next project. No worries for those making an album as we go...they will be Adorable!!!

  2. Thank you Lisa! I discovered a way to get rid of those countours for the chipboard and cover pages. You probably already know about this, but I thought I would share. I sent you a separate email.

  3. This book is so lovely ! I have already started my own. In fact, this afternoon I went to my local craft store, but they didn't have any halloween paper (well, maybe because it's not celebrated here in the Netherlands). But I managed to search for paper with the right colours. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to work on my book :)). Thank you for the lovely videos !!

  5. I went step by step with your videos and had
a ball. Mine seems to have turned out a little
small. About how big was yours. You can tell
I am so new at this.

    Thanks

  8. Anonymous....Mine is about 4" tall and 11.5 inches long. I wasn't thinking or I would have made mine a little taller....maybe 5 to 5.5 inches.

    Nilda....Glad to help. :)

  12. OMG!! Thank you so much for this tutorial! I am loving it, because of your video I am definitely going to try this project. Do you think it would look too much if you were to cut the images twice and do one on front and back then when you flipped the page you have two images (one on each page)? So cut out 2 cats and paste on on front and one on back? I think I may try that on the book I make. Thanks again for your very detailed vidoes, I posted your name on my blog for instructions. I am a newby so I don't have but one follower so far. I will stay tuned to see what's next, keep up all the wonderful work!
