Projects from National Scrapbook Day

As many of you know The Pink Stamper hosted a wonderful day of challenges on NSD. Although I only completed a few of them it was such a fun time.

The duck card was a color challenge to use brown and any pastel color.....I chose to make a card and use yellow.

Next was to use something new that you've not used before. For this butterfly card I used flock for the first time. The butterfly was cut from the Hello Kitty Greetings cartridge.

This challenge was to make a Mothers Day card. I scraplifted the scallop border on this card from The Pink Stamper. :)........Just realized I downloded the wrong card. This is a thinking of you card and I think the challenge was to use a patterned paper. Not sure what happened to my scallop border card.

The last one was to make a kids layout. My kids are older so their idea of playing is camping or just being outdoors so this is my take on it.

  1. Ok, I am not sure what I'm doing wrong, but the descripton for NSD was supposed to be under each picture and it's not. :( It looks like I duplicated a couple of pics as well. Guess I am going to need a little practice to get this right. Hope everyone will stay with me! :)

  3. If you want a bit of text under each picture you have to put the pictures in, then go back in your box and put the text in where you want it, otherwise it groups the pictures all together.
