Did You Know...May Day Bag

Did you know today is not only National Scrapbook Day...it is also May Day.  Ok, I may be telling my age, but when I was young we use to celebrate the first day of May...May Day.  You would make little baskets of goodies and leave them at your friends door.  You knocked and ran.  One year I got a basket and to this day I have no idea who left it. : )  One of the challenges over at My Pink Stamper is to make something for a child and I thought a May Day bag would be perfect.

Recipe

Bag - Once Upon A Princess...Pg. 66 cut using fit to page feature on a 12x12 sheet of cardstock.

Hedgehog - Create a Critter cut @ 1 1/2"

Embellish as desired

I did read somewhere else about this May day and it's costume. It would be nice to start this on my street.

  5. My kids' school did this. One year (last maybe) an older widowed woman was so thankful.. no one ever did anything like that for her. It is a great way to pay it forward with RAKs.
