Easy Mailing Cards

I made these cards with the thought of mailing in mind.  So many of my cards require a trip to the post office for additional postage due to ribbon bows and buttons that will not go through the postal machines.  These cards are nice and flat so I can mail them right from home.

Sentiment is a stamp from my stash
Mat for the sentiment is from the E2 preloaded cartridge, Cricut Essentials.  Banner is from George & Basic Shapes.  Hearts are a small punch.  Background is embossed with the Cuttlebug Brocade embossing folder.  I really like the color combo of this card... cardstock is SU! Early Espresso, Crumb Cake & Rose Red.  Paper Trey Ink ribbon in Hawaiian Breeze.

Cricut Love You a Latte cartridge for the latte.  George & Basic Shapes for the ovals.  EKSuccess punch for the photo corners.

  2. I love that you focused on "mailable"! I look at a lot of cards and think "but I like to send happy mail and the recipient could never get happy because I don't like going to the post office"!
These are wonderful cards and I don't think anyone would miss the fact that you didn't have to use extra postage!!!
